- ⇓ = declined (rated at least one tier lower than the previous patch)

Rising Picks
Skarner continues to rise up our tier list after getting buffed last patch. He’s now up into the low-B tier after being in the D tier just three patches ago.
Dropping Picks
The jungler whose ranking dropped the most in Patch 10.17 was Trundle despite receiving no nerfs. It is notable that his pick rate has been declining steadily for a few patches now.
Underrated Picks
The A tier jungler with the lowest pick rate in this patch is Fiddlesticks. He has a pick rate under 3% despite being rated so highly.
Overrated Picks
Lee Sin has consistently been the jungler with the highest pick rate, but now that he’s fallen out of the A tier it’s time to finally call him overrated. Other overrated junglers (top-ten pick rate, but not A tier) include Nidalee and Sylas.
Buffed Champions
Gragas
Oh goodie, we got buffs to maybe the most boring pro play jungler, but at least it went live after the Worlds patch. Gragas got a 3 armor buff, but he remains a D tier pick in solo queue.
Nerfed Champions
Evelynn
She got overbuffed in Patch 10.16, so Riot decided to walk back some of the damage on her Hate Spike that they gave her earlier in Season 10. She did drop slightly as a result, but she remains an A+ jungler.
Hecarim
We touched on the effect of the Devastating Charge nerfs in his top lane discussion, but for the jungle it didn’t do much of anything. Hecarim moved up into the S tier in Patch 10.17.
