Rising Picks
The champion whose stock rose the most in our tier list was Amumu, who went up into the low-B tier after being very solidly in the low-C tier last patch.
Dropping Picks
Olaf fell the most in Patch 10.18, as he remains in the B tier but went from being borderline A tier down to the low-B tier in just one patch.
Underrated Picks
Vi is the most-underrated jungler in Patch 10.18, as she has only a 3.3% pick rate despite being solidly among the A tier picks.
Overrated Picks
Lee Sin, Nidalee, and Sylas return as overrated junglers from the last patch, but they’re joined by the newest jungler in League of Legends, Lillia, who has the fourth-highest pick rate in her role but is also only B tier.
Buffed Champions
Jarvan IV
A damage buff to his Dragon Strike gave him a minimal bump to his ranking, as he remains in the mid-C tier this patch.
Shyvana
The bugfix/visual clarity update was meant to be a mild buff to Shyvana and that’s exactly how it turned out. She is a bit stronger, moving from the mid to high-B tier this patch.
Twitch
The buffs to his Contaminate and Spray and Pray were definitely aimed at ADC Twitch, but jungle Twitch benefitted decently as well (even though he’s still an F tier pick for the jungle).
Xin Zhao
Yeah, the buff to his Wind Becomes Lightning made his ganks a bit more effective, but the meta has left Xin out in the cold, down in the high-C tier.
Nerfed Champions
Sett
The nerfs to Sett were supposed to be more of an overall nerf to Sett jungle, because he tends to prioritize stacking HP for himself. However, Sett has usually been a very weak pick in solo queue, so his ranking (mid-C tier) was basically unaffected.
