Legends of Runeterra announces new K/DA game mode Star Power
K/DA will make their Legends of Runeterra debut in new game mode Star Power
Riot Games recently announced a huge batch of in-game content across multiple titles dedicated to virtual pop group K/DA’s upcoming EP, ALL OUT. There’s a new champion and new skins for League of Legends, and new Little Legends for Teamfight Tactics. Although, it could be argued that the most exciting reveal was for Legends of Runeterra which included a new K/DA event and game mode, Star Power.
The announcement came in the form of an official event teaser on the League of Legends YouTube channel titled “K/DA ALL OUT: Comeback” and the Legends of Runeterra section takes up a relatively large chunk of the video (00:12 to 00:25).
During this time, players are introduced to a K/DA game board, animations for K/DA Epic spell cards, and a glimpse at the new game mode, Star Power.
Here’s a full breakdown of the content heading to Legends of Runeterra with the K/DA ALL OUT update:
K/DA ALL OUT Event Pass
All Legends of Runeterra players will receive a free K/DA ALL OUT Event Pass when they first log into the game after the update goes live on Wednesday, 28 October.
The pass includes a full set of new K/DA cards and can be upgraded to potentially unlock a new Guardian called Stellacorn, K/DA inspired Guardian variants, new emotes, and new card backs.
K/DA Game Board
No doubt the coolest aspect of the Legends of Runeterra K/DA update is the new game board. Striking colors, incredible visual effects, and interchangeable instrumental versions of popular K/DA tracks, this is a must-have for any Legends of Runeterra player.
K/DA Spell Cards
Each K/DA member has their own Epic spell card including Seraphine, their newest collaborator. These cards will become permanent in players’ collections following the October update, they’re not just temporary!
K/DA Star Power Game Mode
