This is a complete top lane tier list for League of Legends Patch 10.22

Top lane is a role that demands patience and map awareness through all stages of the game as players go toe-to-toe with their lane opponents while constantly seeking out the next Teleport opportunity. In the Patch 10.22 top lane tier list, only champions that excel in both 1v1s and teamfights have made the S Tier.

On previous patches, champions like Camille, Darius, and Jax have dominated the top lane tier list due to their ability to duel their lane opponent and create an early gold lead. However, those champions have been subject to heavy nerfs or have fell short due to their lack of teamfight presence which has diversified the champion pool in the current meta.

Two top lane champions were adjusted in the Patch 10.22 notes, Lulu and Nasus. Lulu’s Glitterlance base damage was reduced to limit her impact in the top lane, while Nasus’ Fury of the Sands saw its bonus resistances increased in an attempt to reintroduce the champion to the meta.
