This is a list of the 5 best ADCs in League of Legends on Patch 10.22

Deft, Doublelift, Rekkles, Uzi, Bang. Some of the biggest names in League of Legends esports are AD carry players, so why is it so difficult to match their level of impact in solo queue? The best ADCs on Patch 10.22 make use of their kit’s utility rather than their damage output to have a greater impact on the Rift than the current meta allows.

This could be about to change, though, as three ADC champions received big boosts in the Patch 10.22 notes. Ashe’s Volley will now consist of 2 more arrows after level 7, Jinx’s Flame Chompers! will deal full damage immediately, and Xayah’s attack speed growth has been buffed.

Here are the 5 best ADCs on Patch 10.22 along with their skill order, key runes, and essential items:

5) Jinx

51.30% Win Rate | 5.7% Pick Rate | 0.1% Ban Rate

Jinx stands for hyper scaling, long-range damage, and excellent self-peel. Despite her complete lack of escape tools, the Loose Cannon handles herself well in teamfights with well-placed E – Flame Chompers! and frequent Passive – Get Excited! procs to avoid oncoming bruisers and assassins.

Want to hit a cross-map R – Super Mega Death Rocket! snipe but unsure where the enemy is recalling? Easily solved! Just aim at the opponent’s fountain and cast the ability when you think the recalling enemy has started pressed ‘B’. Although it’s widely considered a skillful, once-in-a-lifetime play, this mechanic is much easier than it looks.

Runes: Lethal Tempo + Sorcery
Skill Order: Q > W > E
Essential Items: Infinity Edge, Runaan’s Hurricane, Rapid Firecannon

4) Miss Fortune

51.82% Win Rate | 8.6% Pick Rate | 0.4% Ban Rate

A few years ago, the idea that Miss Fortune would be a highly contested bot lane pick would be laughable. Now, the Bounty Hunter consistently finds herself among the top five ADCs of any given patch.

Miss Fortune’s two most important skills are Q – Double Up and R – Bullet Time. Use the former to zone your opponents away from the minion wave or gain a health advantage by casting it on a dying lane minion.

The latter ability is all about patience and positioning; linger on the outskirts of a fight and avoid confrontation until the time is right and the enemy team is grouped up for huge ultimate damage.

Runes: Press the Attack + Sorcery
Skill Order: Q > W > E
Essential Items: Essence Reaver, Infinity Edge, Rapid Firecannon

3) Vayne

50.74% Win Rate | 9.5% Pick Rate | 7.3% Ban Rate

Since making her name as a 1v5 champion built for montage plays and highlight reels, many players underrate how effective Vayne is as a traditional marksman, particularly against tanky opponents.

If you think you’re going to queue up and instantly dominate your opponents with the Night Hunter, think again. Playing Vayne is all about patience and timing your impact on a fight perfectly. Go in too soon and you’ll be shut down due to your tiny auto attack range. Go in too late and your team has already lost the fight.

Runes: Press the Attack + Domination
Skill Order: W > Q > E
Essential Items: Blade of the Ruined King, Guinsoo’s Rageblade, Phantom Dancer

2) Ashe
51.04% Win Rate | 19.4% Pick Rate | 5.5% Ban Rate

Ashe’s late-game damage output is among the best in her role but she’s often picked for the utility provided by R – Enchanted Crystal Arrow and its ability to find picks during the late game.

E – Hawkshot is one of the most valuable and underutilized abilities in League of Legends. To make the most of Ashe’s kit, queue up with a jungle main and be on hand to scout the map and track the enemy jungler to make a world of difference for your team.

Runes: Lethal Tempo + Inspiration
Skill Order: W > Q > E
Essential Items: Blade of the Ruined King, Runaan’s Hurricane, Infinity Edge

1) Jhin

51.39% Win Rate | 29.1% Pick Rate | 3.5% Ban Rate

A long-awaited return to the meta for everyone’s favorite ADC, Jhin. Whether it’s his well-designed kit, champion theme, or unique reload mechanic, League of Legends players can all agree that Jhin is one of the best champions in the game.

In terms of his in-game ability, you’d expect him to be extremely vulnerable and easily shut down due to the absence of escape tools and self-peel in his kit.

However, combining the range of Rapid Firecannon, the movement speed of his Passive – Whisper, and the peel provided by the current crop of meta supports, Jhin has found a way back into the meta showcasing incredible damage numbers for an ADC.

Runes: Fleet Footwork + Sorcery
Skill Order: Q > W > E
Essential Items: Stormrazor, Rapid Firecannon, Infinity Edge
