League of Legends: Top Broken Builds to Abuse in Preseason 11
By Josh Tyler
With the new items hitting League of Legends in Preseason 11, here are fifteen builds that have been dominating the Rift.
Jungle
1. Chemtank Skarner
Skarner has had the top win rate in the jungle role for the past four patches, a trend that continued into Preseason 11. However, where in the previous patches his win rate has been around 55%, now his win rate is up to a ridiculous 63.12%!
The build that has made him such a monster in the jungle is Turbo Chemtank into Deadman’s Plate, aka Sonic Skarner. Turbo Chemtank is basically old Righteous Glory, so this combo allows Skarner to run down just about anyone in the game.
2. Prowler’s Claw Rek’Sai
Rek’Sai has always been one of the more maleable junglers when it comes to builds, being able to go AD or tank, but in Preseason 11 it seems she has found an OP build. She currently has the second-highest win rate at 56.97%, up from her previous high of 52.4% last patch.
For this build, you will get Prowler’s Claw into Black Cleaver and Edge of Night. The Prowler’s Claw grants Rek’Sai an extra dash to close onto targets for that first burst of damage, and give you more upfront damage as you shred the enemy’s armor with the Black Cleaver.
3. Goredrinker Kayn
While Duskblade gets all the hype for being the strongest assassin Mythic in the game, Goredrinker has actually gone under the radar. For Kayn, it’s a much higher success rate, especially on Rhaast, to go Goredrinker into Black Cleaver and then tanky items like Death’s Dance. Because of Kayn’s Q and W, he can get a lot of restored health from the Goredrinker active and he takes advantage of the Spite passive if he ults a target at low health.
While Kayn has always had a strong win rate, he’s currently at a 55.44% win rate with a pick rate of over 9.4%. That makes him one of the strongest junglers in League of Legends.
