Games to Watch
We kick off the 2021 LCS season, as usual, with a rematch of last summer’s finals. TSM takes on FlyQuest to open the season. While both of these teams saw massive changes over the offseason (including TSM losing two legendary players from their roster in Bjergsen and Doublelift), this will be a great litmus test for these two rosters that underwhelmed in the Lock-In tournament.
On Day 1, we also get a great battle between two of the stronger teams in the Lock-In tournament, Evil Geniuses and 100 Thieves. The game is headlined by the top lane battle between two legendary Koreans, as Ssumday faces Impact.
On Day 2, we get a rivalry game between Cloud9 and TSM. The most recent battle in this feud went to Cloud9, who managed to take their series against TSM 2-1 in the Lock-In tournament. Both teams will be looking to use this game as a chance to prove their mettle.
