Mythic Items

Luden’s Echo

This appears to be the most popular Mythic item in Platinum and above, but most Annie one-tricks don’t appear to prioritize this. Luden’s is better for waveclear and some burst, but it shouldn’t be her primary Mythic.

Hextech Rocketbelt

This is the most common Mythic item among the one-tricks, which is most often used for burst and to improve her engage range. It does a lot of what Luden’s does for Annie while also improving her mobility.

Liandry’s Anguish

Annie Bot, perhaps the most famous Annie one-trick runs Liandry’s almost exclusively. He tends to prioritize scaling items more than early game spiking items, so that could be a reason why he goes for Liandry’s over Rocketbelt and Luden’s, as the percent health damage makes Liandry’s scale into the late game.

Legendary Items

Zhonya’s Hourglass

Almost always a good choice for Annie and any burst mage. It gives her safety to Flash/dash into a fight, deal all her damage, go into stasis, and re-emerge with all her cooldowns back up.

Void Staff

Annie loves to get magic penetration to make the most out of her burst combo and Void Staff is a great item to do that.

Morellonomicon

Healing is currently OP in League of Legends, so getting any type of Grievous Wounds is beneficial.
