1. Cloud9

Cloud 9s last international putting saw them taking a very embarrassing early exit from the tournament at the 2021 Mid-Season Invitational. Since then they’ve been on an uphill battle to reclaim their former dominance in their own region but they’ve returned to form and are looking for a shot at redemption. Cloud9 has experience coupled with the talent to make a lot of noise at Worlds this year,

The only concern really is the unpredictability of their star mid laner Perkz. A case could be made that their success right now is happening in spite of him rather than because of his efforts. Although he’s great in his role Perkz has a tendency to unnecessarily gamble which can seriously hurt the team when it goes wrong. But if he can keep himself in check and play together with his team sky’s the limit.
