Nisqy and MAD Lions obliterate Fnatic with Twisted Fate as the Lions continue their run of dominance in their first four games of 2022 LEC Summer.

At this point, MAD Lions look more like a superteam than Fnatic have for most of this whole season…

The Lions take a convincing victory over Fnatic with a vintage Twisted Fate game from Nisqy as he propels his team to yet another dominant victory with the clean, proactive play that makes him such a great mid laner within Western history.

Whether it was pairing up with Elyoya for top lane turret dives or diving deep into enemy backlines to stall for time, Nisqy’s timely usage of Destiny was pivotal in either finding and/or extending leads for MAD throughout the game, enabling them to smoothly transition their leads into tangible objectives.

The Fnatic roster did not have an awe-inspiring performance, and there are two ways we can slice this loss.

One of them is their nonexistent jg/mid synergy, especially when drafting a Fiora for Wunder. Hell, we saw better jg/mid synergy by BDS against G2 earlier on today – there is very little sense in drafting a Fiora if you’re not going to gain mid priority and use it to accelerate the Fnatic top laner in that volatile matchup.

Second was the lack of advantage accrued through bottom lane. You would think a Lucian/Nami lane in the hands of Upset/Hylissang would mean the enemy bot lane is six feet under by six minutes, but that simply wasn’t the case.

The Fnatic bot lane’s days of singlehandedly winning games through their sheer dominance has been few and far between. It was necessary for them to step up and carry this game since Nisqy was thoroughly gapping the topside of the map.
