Odoamne’s Zac Top carries Rogue over SK Gaming, earning him an LEC-leading three BlogOfLegends MVPs while Nukeduck’s run of form continues against BDS.

Excel vs Team BDS

BDS showed as much life in this game as Medic in his cast, as they completely capitulated against Excel’s proactivity.

Cinkrof looks all sorts of disconnected from the team as Markoon simply ran circles around him in the early game.

I don’t rate BDS’s solo laners quite as low as some other pundits; Agresivoo has shown quite a competent streak despite his rookie inexperience and I truly believe NUCLEARINT has been BDS’s best player thus far – despite his horrid performance in this game.

I think it would behoove Cinkrof and BDS to play much more aggressively around the topside of his map if BDS want to have any chance of making these games interesting, especially since xMatty is a hilariously incompetent player.

Hell, the BDS bot laner might be the worst player in the LEC two splits in a row!

Nukeduck lived up to his name on the Lissandra, and alongside Markoon, severed any chance that BDS had of getting back in the game with his massive ultimates.

Rogue vs SK Gaming

SK Gaming made it very close with some clutch plays from Sertuss’s Sylas but Odoamne’s Zac was simply bonkers, virtually solo carrying the game with his timely engages.

The Rogue top laner has been on a tear this summer split, easily becoming the far and away best top laner in the LEC.

While his Gangplank is the champion he has been defaulting to, his team obviously trusted him to reveal the Zac counterpick into Ornn, and boy did he shine!

His intelligently-timed engages were the sole reason Rogue didn’t falter through the early to mid game, where Larssen’s rockets just weren’t finding the mark in crucial objective standoffs.

His final engage near SK Gaming’s mid inhibitor turret sealed the deal, and despite Gilius’s gorgeous kick to punt Larssen back into his team, Rogue steamroll through SK to clinch another dub.
