One of the hotly requested features is back! The League of Legends Essence Emporium makes its return to live servers, available soon!

League of Legends Essence Emporium

For the uninitiated, the League of Legends Essence Emporium, also referred to as the Blue Essence Emporium, is a way for players to spend large amounts of Blue Essence at once. Think of it as a Blue Essence dump.

Players who have had every champion for years, have very little uses for Blue Essence. You can change your summoner name, upgrade champion mastery above level 5, and purchase the “Starter Series Eternal Pass.”

Thus, a demand for a way to spend mass amounts of Blue Essence at once was formed.

Since April 2018, Riot has released a yearly League of Legends Essence Emporium for players to spend their BE in mass.

League of Legends Essence Emporium Release Date

Despite Patch 13.17 releasing on August 30, the Essence Emporium won’t be out for another week.

Officially announced in the 13.17 Patch Notes: the Essence Emporium will open on September 6 at 20:00 UTC, and will close up shop on September 20, 20:00 UTC.

League of Legends Essence Emporium Contents

For a detailed breakdown of all things available in each iteration of the Blue Essence Emporium, take a look at the Fandom LoL Wiki page’s entry on the Emporium.

The most iconic thing to be purchased every time the Emporium opens up is the Urfwick skin, a remastered version of one of League’s famous legacy skins: Urf the Manatee Warwick.

For 150,000 Blue Essence, The Uncaged Wrath of Zaun in an Urf costume could be yours!

As far as new additions to the Blue Essence Emporium go, make sure to keep your eyes peeled on any new tabs added to the League of Legends client late September 6 once the Emporium opens up shop!
