Falling Champions

Hecarim (S to A tier)

Hecarim got a round of much-needed nerfs last patch and fell out of the S tier as a result. While three sites still list him as an A tier pick, there are a few that have him as D tier or unranked. This widespread disagreement makes it very difficult to predict if the Shadow of War will settle into the low-A tier or drop further.

Gangplank (A to B tier)

No direct changes to GP, but fewer sites are rating him as an A tier pick now as opposed to the last one. Two sites put him in the D tier, so he could very well move up or down more depending on how the meta settles.

Nasus (A to B tier)

This is another of those “tweener” picks who flip-flops between A and B tier without any rhyme or reason. He could very well end up back in the A tier in a patch or two.

Camille (A to B tier)

Camille actually got buffed in Patch 9.8, but she continues to struggle in the top lane. As many sites have her rated an A tier pick as have her C or D tier. Opinion could change, but for now, she’s struggling a bit in the top lane.

Wukong (B to C tier)

Straight up, just more and more sites are considering him to be an unviable top laner than were last patch, and even then his consensus of where he sat was pretty low. Six of the eight sites we drew data from had him as a C tier top or below.
