Items

"Guardian Angel Health on restoration: 1000 –> 800"

Guardian Angel is so annoying. Having to kill an enemy once, only to have them respawn at basically full HP. Tuning down the HP on respawn is a good response, but it does feel like a %HP would be a better solution.

"Guinsoo’s Rageblade Attack Speed per stack: 4% –> 5%"

A bit more attack speed for Guinsoos makes it a much more viable option for AS users.

"Morellonomicon Burn Damage: 25% –> 20%"

Morellos on every champion! Burn them all! Thank goodness for this change as I was getting sick of the sight of Morellos being built on every opponent.

"Phantom Dancer Now allows the holder to dodge critical strikes from abilities."

This is such a cool change, putting Phantom Dancer on the table as a versatile item to avoid ability crits. It’s situational, but definitely more of a viable option now.

"Runaan’s Hurricane Bonus Damage: 25% –> 75%"

75%!!! This is a huge buff for Runaan’s and you should expect to see everyone try out this basically new/reworked item in the next week or so.

"Statikk Shiv Fixed an issue where it would deal more damage than intended when less than four targets where available."

As if the existence of Statikk Shiv wasn’t already annoying enough when placed on a long range marksman, we’ve been playing with a bugged version for weeks! Luckily this bugfix will reduce the amount of AoE-ish damage to our champions in future.

"Sword of the Divine Chance to activate: 5% ⇒ 7%"

Did you know Sword of the Divine gives the user a chance to gain 100% crit chance every second? Because I didn’t, it hardly ever happens. Obviously that’s an exaggeration, but a 5% chance made this item borderline useless. 7% is a much fairer figure.
