Annie

"E – Molten Shield MOVEMENT SPEED :: 25-50.5% (levels 1-18) >>> 30-60% (levels 1-18) COOLDOWN :: 15 seconds >>> 14/13/12/11/10 seconds"

Really nice buff for solo queue to build off of the buffs she got last patch. Still, I don’t think Annie will be seen in Worlds given that she’s too easily countered as a mid laner in pro play and she’s too short-ranged to risk getting all-inned as a support.

Ashe

"Passive – Frost Shot SLOW :: 15-30% (levels 1-18) >>> 20-30% (levels 1-18) Q – Ranger’s Focus Now is an auto attack reset"

She gets a bigger slow early, which can be useful in pro play especially around those early dragon and Rift Herald fights. She would pair extremely well with all-in supports or skill shot based supports (Pyke, Thresh, Nautilus) and have way better gank assist. Adding the auto-reset to her Q is also a great change because it gives a lot more skill expression. Expect to see Ashe a fair bit, especially on teams that are looking to use their ADCs more for utility than to carry.

Blitzcrank

"Q – Rocket Grab RANGE :: 1050 >>> 1150 R – Static Field PASSIVE MAX STACKS :: 2 marks >>> 3 marks"

RIP to everyone in low elo solo queue because adding 100 extra range to Blitzcrank’s Q is devastating. Getting more marks on his ultimate can also be massive because that means he can put more damage on a single enemy in a small skirmish or mark more enemies in a teamfight. I could see Blitz getting picked bot lane in certain match-ups, but probably not a high-priority pick.

Fiora

"Q – Lunge TOWER DEFENSE :: Can now hit turrets and wards (will prioritize champion vitals, ultimate targets, champs, dying minions, turrets, and wards, respectively) E – Bladework STONEHENGE :: The second basic attack can now deal bonus damage to turrets"

Allowing Fiora to hit turrets and wards with her Q huge to her ability to take down objectives. Especially with building Trinity Force, she’ll be able to get plates early. The E bonus damage on the second proc also working on turrets is going to be massive. She could slide into the same basic slot in the top lane that Aatrox occupied given the void in the meta he might be leaving.
