You’ll want to take some time out of your day to go over the entirety of patch 6.13. It’s huge.

Patch 6.12 was rather small and tame, and it’s safe to call that the calm before the storm because patch 6.13 is a monster.

The patch notes were released earlier today, and the actual update will go live tomorrow.

There is so much to get through with this patch that it can be a little overwhelming, but here is a rundown of all the buffs, nerfs and changes.

Enjoy the new meta.

Champion buffs

Lulu’s base mana is increased from 292 to 350 and her base movement speed is increased from 325 to 330. The slow duration from her Q is now 2 seconds at all ranks instead of 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. However, the damage from her Q now falls to 70 percent against targets hit beyond the first. Finally, her W now grants 15/20/25/30/35 percent attack speed for the duration.

Tahm Kench’s Q damage has been increased from 80/125/170/215/260 to 80/130/180/230/280. His ultimate is also getting a lot of change. First, the channel duration is being decreased from 15 seconds to six seconds and the cast delay has been lowered from 1.0 second to 0.25 seconds. The enemy warning time is lowered from 1.5 seconds to 1.0 second, and the range of the ultimate has been increased from 4,000/5,000/6,000 to 4,500/5,500/6,500.

Thresh now gains two souls for his passive from epic monsters.

Mini-Gnar’s bonus range from his passive has been increased from 400-485 (at levels 1-18) to 400-500 (at levels 1-18). Gnar’s return boomerang distance from his Q has been increased from 2,500 to 3,000. Finally, the damage from his W has been increased from 10/20/30/40/50 to 15/25/35/45/55.

Jarvan IV’s W has been changed to be much stronger in teamfights. Its base shield is lowered from 50/90/130/170/210 to 50/80/110/140/170, but that’s because the bonus shield per enemy champion has been increased from 20/30/40/50/60 to 20/40/60/80/100. The radius of his W has also been increased from 500 to 600.

Champion nerfs

The duration of Blitzcrank’s E has been decreased from 10 seconds to five seconds. The cooldown of his R has been changed from 30 seconds at all ranks to 60/40/20 seconds.

Next: Ryze's new abilities from his update

Irelia’s R cooldown has been increased from 70/60/50 seconds to 110/85/60 seconds.

Kindred’s base armor is lowered from 27 to 20, but her armor growth stat has been increased from 3.25 to 3.5.

Swain’s R cooldown has been increased from 10 seconds to 20 seconds, and its initial lockout on recast has been increased from 0.5 seconds to 2.0 seconds.

Trundle’s base health regeneration is decreased from 9.4 to 6.0.

The damage from Vladimir’s Q has been lowered from 80/100/120/140/160 to 75/90/105/120/135, and its ability power ratio is up from 0.45 to 0.55.

Volibear’s W damage is lowered from 80/125/170/215/260 to 60/110/160/210/260, and its attack speed per stack has been lowered from 8/11/14/17/20 percent to 4/8/12/16/20 percent.

Champion changes

Blitzcrank’s Q no longer pulls enemies directly on top of him, now they will be 75 units in front of him. The passive from his ultimate will no longer hit monsters while he is out of combat.

The passive from Tahm Kench’s ultimate has been removed and put as his new passive: basic attacks and abilities deal 1/1.25/1.5 percent (at levels 1/11/16) of Tahm Kench’s maximum health as bonus magic damage. Stacks three times vs. champions.

Tahm Kench’s E saw many changes to make it healthier for the game. First, the damage to grey health conversion has been changed from 100 percent of damage taken to 70/75/80/85/90 percent of damage taken, and the grey health to healing conversion has been changed from 20/26/32/38/44 percent to 25/30/35/40/45 percent. The shield duration has been lowered from six seconds to three seconds, and the cooldown has been lowered from 16/15/14/13/12 seconds to six seconds at all ranks. Finally, the shield no longer decays over the duration.

The ability power ratio from Thresh’s W has been removed for a new soul ratio: Thresh gains +1 shield per soul collected.

Kindred’s W now longer grants a heal, but it now reduces the attack speed and movement speed of jungle monster by 50 percent for two seconds.

Vladimir’s passive ratio has been put back to how it was pre-rework: he gets one ability power per 40 bonus health (instead of 25) and 1.4 health (instead of one) per one ability power.

Item changes

Ancient Coin now has five percent cooldown reduction.

Nomad’s Medallion’s cooldown reduction is up from five percent to 10 percent, health regen down from 50 percent to 25 percent and mana regen increased from 50 percent to 75 percent.
