How to play and master Renekton
If you’re looking to get better with the Big Croc Renekton, here are some tips to help you climb that ladder and conquer the hurdle in League of Legends.
Renekton is a great champion for people to learn because he is a top lane bully in League of Legends. He is strong early game and can snowball when opponents disrespect you.
The first thing you have to know about Renekton is that he doesn’t have a mana bar. He has a Fury bar which you need to manage. For every auto attack, Renekton gains 5 fury. Once he reaches 50 fury, it empowers his next ability. Being able to store fury effectively and plan your harass and fights around it is the most important thing to learn about this champion.
The second thing to know is the proper build for y. Black Cleaver is almost always the first item. It works with everything in Renekton’s kit. It gives him more health, damage, and armor shred. Armor shred is key for the top lane because so many champions build armor.
When Renekton pulls off his full combo, he gets all six stacks for Black Cleaver’s armor shred and he can then lay on the damage. Renekton’s combo is very simple but it is important to get every hit off. Typically you dash in with his Slice and Dice. Auto attack, hit Ruthless Predator, and auto attack again. Then while your opponent is stunned, you hit Cull the Meek, auto attack, and Slice and Dice, out to safety.

This combo is very safe. It can be used to harass or to all in your opponent. This is why Renekton is such a popular pick in the top lane. He is very safe as long as he has Slice and Dice off cool down. He has a lot of sustain with Cull the Meek, and he has crowd control with Ruthless Predator.
He gets his first power spike at the early level of three when all those abilities get unlocked. His next power spike hits at level six when you unlock Dominus. Most combat ultimates get activated toward the end of a fight. you want to activate the big crocs right before a fight. It stacks Fury while it’s active, gives you additional health, and does damage enemies.
