There is an interesting feature directly in League of Legends that enables Summoners to directly add Facebook friends to their friend’s list in the game. Here’s how to import them within just a few minutes.

Whether you love it or hate it, Facebook is the No. 1 social media network in the world and rightfully so. It’s an easy way to connect with friends, family, and course, those that play League of Legends. You’d be surprised how many people actually have accounts for the game but don’t really let many know their in-game name or even that they spend endless hours late at night trying to master their favorite role.

In case you didn’t know, it’s fairly simple to do a check of your personal Facebook account to see who has an account and also add them directly to your in-game friend’s list. Directly via the in-game client, on the upper right-hand side, click on the “Add Friend” icon which is a plus sign right below your Summoner name and icon.

Click on it and then click on the “by Social Network” as to which you’ll be asked to connect your League of Legends account to your personal Facebook account. After they’re linked, you’ll now be able to add all your friends, family, co-workers, classmates, etc. to your friend’s list to queue up with.

Best of all, you can use it every few days or so as new Summoners that get into League of Legends pop up from your Facebook friend’s list. It’s an easy way to stay connected and at this point in time, is the only social media network in the game that allows you to do this.

Could other social media networks join the club? It’s not likely but for now, this is a great way to expand your friend’s list and play with people who are likely not to troll or give you negative experiences when you game.

Overall, it’s relatively easy to add your Facebook friends right into your friend’s list in League of Legends on a daily basis. Don’t forget that the more friends you have on your list make it easier to queue up with when you want to string along a lot of ARAM matches or the special game mode that’s out for the week.
