Riot revived the World Breaker skins in League of Legends during Patch 10.7.

Another trio of skin hit the League of Legends Rift during Patch 10.7 from the line of World Breaker skins, with Malzahar, Sion, and Maokai are the newest champions to enter the line. Let’s check these new skins out to see which are worth adding to your roster.

At first glance, I get “eh no thanks” vibes from these new skins. While it doesn’t help matters that none of these champions are in my champ pool, as that does often effect if I like a skin or not, they’re also not jumping off the page so to speak. That said, I don’t think these are the worst skins ever made.

As mentioned, the first skin in the lineup is Malzahar at the cost of 1350 RP and has eight available chromas.  It does seem like a while since Malzahar got a skin so this new one is a plus.

I also think his new ultimate animation with the pool of color is pretty cool. Also, I’m a fan of a couple of the chromas, which is usually a rarity. However, it just isn’t a skin that makes me want to play a ton more Malzahar.

The second skin in the lineup is Sion and it also costs 1350 RP, but it only has seven chromas to Malzahar’s eight.  I do like how this is a bit more of a modern look for Sion in a brand new skin. In fact, this might be one of his better skins, outside of Mecha Zero. I would recommend it if you like Sion, but if you’re not someone who plays the Undead Juggernaut, it’s not a necessary buy.

The final skin getting added is Maokai at a cost of 1350 RP and with seven chromas. My feelings on this skin are pretty similar to the rest of the additions to the line, where it’s a solid skin, but not one I want to rush to buy. If I got this skin for free in a chest, or on sale in my shop I would be ok with that, but it isn’t one I’m going to buy outright.

Overall I would recommend buying these World Breaker skins only if you need them for your collection, or if you’re a fan of one of these champions. I also feel like with the April fools skins released before them and the Coven skins being released on Patch 10.8 these skins will be overlooked.
