3. Mads “Broxah” Brock-Pedersen (CLG)

Before everyone starts throwing tomatoes, let me be clear: Broxah is not the third-best jungler in the LCS. If I was ranking the junglers purely off the skill they’ve shown, he would be towards where Dardoch and Svenskeren are.

Broxah is rated this highly purely based off having a decent gold per minute (333) and an exceptionally high aKDA (4.68) that was buoyed by him only dying 1.1 times per game on average. Those two stats saved him from being lower ranked and it can be argued that both were a product of him playing for Team Liquid. I would expect that, on CLG, he will regress statistically and be ranked much lower.

For the stats that he himself can independently control, Broxah was absolutely awful. His EDD was -59.0, meaning he was doing about 60 less damage than an average jungler per minute on his champion. That is, easily, the worst mark for all junglers.

In the early game, Broxah also lagged behind the pace that we would expect from him in the given matchup. His MAGXD @ 15 was -36.9, the third-worst mark for players on this list. While not terrible, it certainly doesn’t make him worthy of a top spot on this list.

That high aKDA is really the only thing that is keeping Broxah from being ranked in that seven through nine range. I will also note that the gap between Closer and Broxah is smaller than Broxah and our number two jungler. In short, it’s not just that Broxah has one solid stat, but that other junglers have their own flaws that keep them clumped up around the same ranking.
