Details on upcoming new Pentakill album
Pentakill, the League of Legends inspired rock group, has come out with a few new singles which can only mean one thing. A new album is on the horizon.
For those of you that are unfamiliar, Pentakill is a rock band inspired by League of Legends. It’s a metal band whose music goes perfectly playing in the background as you rack up kills in the Summoner’s Rift. Their first album, called “Smite and Ignite,” was a good album that many considered a decent effort in the power metal genre.
This time around, Pentakill is working on their follow-up album with hopes of once again creating music that is a good blend of metal and various aspects of the game itself. At this point in time, Pentakill has released two new singles via their official site. Judging by the new singles “Tear of the Goddess” and “The Bloodthirster,” Pentakill’s style has evolved as their sophomore effort should be another force to reckon with.
In an article written by Tanner Dedmon for ComicBook.com, he confirmed the track listing that has been revealed so far:

While the release date hasn’t been officially announced yet, hopefully, this new album will inspire a second round of Pentakill skins for the in-game characters that are considered part of the band. Karthus, Sona, Mordekaiser, Yorick, and Olaf are all due newer variations of their Pentakill skins and since this new album is already looking to be darker, hopefully, they’ll be even more metal-inspired than before.
Overall, keep an eye out for new songs that could hit Pentakill’s official website within the next month or so. Plus, it would be pretty cool if Pentakill released an official music video besides just the audio videos they’ve recently released. Who wouldn’t want to see Mordekaiser hit some serious riffs in the Fields of Justice?
