It’s been confirmed that for 2017, Ashe, the Frost Archer, is set to get the Worlds Championship skin in League of Legends.

For all of you that main Ashe, the Frost Archer, get ready because it’s been revealed that she will get the 2017 Worlds Championship skin. That’s right, the popular ADC champion is set to be this year’s recipient of the amazing skin to represent the Super Bowl of all League of Legends tournaments.

In an article written by Julia Lee of The Rift Herald, she confirmed that not only is Ashe getting the skin but it’s going to be tested out in the Public Beta Environment for the next patch. The skin will also be a bit higher than past Worlds Championship skins as it will cost 1,350 Riot Points.

Keep in mind that 25 percent of all purchases will be added to the Worlds prize pool which means more money to be earned for the top Esports team that leaves the yearly tournament victorious. This year promises to bring even more excitement and global exposure to not only the Esports scene but for more people getting into League of Legends.

The Championship skin looks amazing and couldn’t have been given to a more deserving champion. As one of the early original characters in the game, Ashe has seen it all when it comes to buffs, nerfs, and the impact she has in the bottom lane.

Overall, purchasing this new Championship skin for Ashe not only shows your support for the ever-growing Esports scene but to recognize one of the most popular and respected champions in the game. Remember, if you don’t grasp that about Ashe, don’t say I didn’t warn you when you see an Enchanted Crystal Arrow heading in your direction.
