Trundle is top free champion to play in Oct. Week 1
Heading into the first week of October, Trundle, the Troll King, is the top character to play in the free champion rotation of League of Legends.
When it comes to Trundle, the Troll King, he’s easily the top character to play that is free in this week’s champion rotation. The popular jungle in League of Legends can also do well in either the top lane and even as a support champion.
For those that aren’t familiar with Trundle, his kit is relatively simple to master and does well in the aforementioned roles. He can dish out decent damage and also has the ability to slow enemies thanks to his E – Pillar of Ice.
If you’ve never played as him before, keep in mind he’s all about Health, Attack Damage, and Cooldown Reduction when it comes to the best items to use on him. Out of all three roles, Trundle is successful in, he has the highest win rate as a jungler so for the most part, if you’re looking for a new champion for that role, give Trundle a shot.
When it comes to runes, make sure to equip Greater Mark of Attack Damage (9), Greater Glyph of Magic Resist (9), Greater Seal of Armor (9), and Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage (3).

Just like any champion you’re playing for the first time, make sure to give them some matches against the A.I. or at the very least, against players in unranked gameplay to get used to him. It’s important to at least master Trundle’s spell rotation before doing any competitive matches if you’re feeling daring enough to do so.
