Evelynn
Evelynn, Agony’s embrace, has been in dire need of a rework. She fell off a lot when it came to being an effective jungler and especially when in a position to gank. When it came to team fights, she also wasn’t able to be a difference maker which is why developers knew she needed to get a fresh new kit that scales with her style of play and lore.

Brand
If you’ve ever played Brand before, you’ve noticed that his abilities drain a plethora of mana right at the start of a match. If you’re using him in the mid lane, it’s hard to keep up against the opposition since the majority of the time, you’re auto-attacking due to conserving mana to use against enemy champions. Developers noticed this and have buffed the mana he’ll get back from his Passive – Blaze as it’s a smart buff to put him back into clearing minion waves efficiently without draining so much mana.
"Passive – Blaze [NEW] KINDLING :: Brand gains 6/8/10/12/14/16/18 mana (at levels 1/3/6/9/12/15/18) when he kills a unit afflicted by Blaze. (If Brand’s abilities instantly kill a unit before Blaze is applied, he doesn’t get mana back.)"
Graves
Everyone’s favorite outlaw has now had his health regen increased as well as the damage of his Q – End of the Line. Its first shot should hurt more, which should allow him to clear the jungle a bit faster and get back into ganking quicker.

Karma
When it comes to mastering Karma in either the mid lane or as a support champion, it’s important to keep hitting/poking enemy champions to make her cooldown reduction even better. Developers gave her a buff to the cooldowns in order to make her even more viable in the latter part of matches.
"Passive – Gathering Fire MANTRA COOLDOWN REDUCTION :: 2/2.5/3 seconds per enemy champion hit (1/1.25/1.5 for basic attacks) >>> 2/3/4 seconds per enemy champion hit (1/1.5/2 for basic attacks)"

Ornn
It seems that every patch update developers work on since Ornn was adding into the game has featured him getting constant changes. At first, he was very underwhelming but after a few buffs, he’s slowly gotten more popular and effective in the top lane as well as a decent jungler. This time around, developers have buffed the majority of his kit. Those that main Ornn will notice his W – Bellow Breath will do maximum health damage, his E – Searing Charge has more range, and his ultimate, R – Call of the Forge God, should now hit enemy champions even faster with no more second cast time.

Tahm Kench
It seems developers have been enjoying buffing champions this patch update since even Tahm Kench is getting some love. Developers have buffed the damage of his Passive – An Acquired Taste and made his W – Devour even quicker when spitting out enemy champions. You haven’t experienced life until you’ve been devoured by the River King and stuck staring at a black and white death screen.
"Passive – An Acquired Taste DAMAGE PER STACK :: 1/1.25/1.5% Tahm’s maximum health at levels 1/11/16 >>> 1.25/1.5/1.75% Tahm’s maximum health at levels 1/7/13 MAXIMUM DAMAGE :: 3/3.75/4.5% Tahm’s maximum health >>> 3.75/4.5/5.25% Tahm’s maximum health W – Devour REGURGITATION LOCKOUT :: 2 seconds >>> 1 second BUGFIX :: Fixed a bug with Tahm Kench’s Tongue Lash + Devour combo where, if Tongue Lash dealt enough damage to kill the target minion, regurgitating the minion wouldn’t do anything R – Abyssal Voyage [REM] LOCKJAW :: Devour is no longer locked out for 1 second after teleporting"

Azir
Azir has been rising the charts ever since he was updated last patch update. This time around, developers only made a visual update to put everything together.
"General SANDY VISUALS :: VFX for Azir’s attack speed bonus upon summoning a third soldier have been improved for Azir’s base and all skins"
Taliyah
The Stoneweaver herself can now see things clearer when it comes to her W – Seismic Shove. Developers made a change to it so it visually shows the direction of the shove.
"W – Seismic Shove INDICATOR :: Cast indicator adjusted to show the shove’s area of effect rather than only the direction of the shove"
Janna
Janna got some mid-patch updates to make her more balanced in the game. The popular support champion is being tracked closely by developers to ensure that she’s viable but also not overpowering. So far as per Champion.gg, she is doing very well with a 53.99 percent win rate.
