The LEC rumor mill certainly has been busy over the last few hours; Rogue have confirmed that they’re moving Vander & Finn from their Academy roster onto the main LEC team but even juicier whisperings have been carried through the wind, Forg1ven may be coming to Rogue to save them!

Rogue has recently dropped a big roster update on Reddit, moving Profit off of the main roster and moving up Finn from their academy team and welcoming Vander into the fold as support alongside Wadid. This is already good news, for a 0-8 team to realise where their weaknesses are and making moves to fix them.

The real excitement is what these moves could signal for the future of Rogue looking forward to the summer split. I’d hasten to remind everyone of a certain Greek gentleman who is due to finish his military service at the end of this month (February 2019.)

I’d like those who were there to cast their minds back to the good ol’ days of 2016, H2K wasn’t a disgraced organisation cast out of Europe and actually had some pretty impressive international success. H2K added Jankos, Vander & Forg1ven to their 2015 standouts Ryu & Odoamne and IEM Season X – Cologne rolled around. H2K eviscerated the competition and even managed to beat NA’s international golden boys Cloud 9 in the quarterfinals, only to be beaten by eventual winners Ever in the semifinals.

If you look at all of the additional talents coming into the roster, which hopefully should be enough to save them from 10th place. Pair that with the inbuilt synergy of having a support player like Vander, I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw the Greek god himself return to the LEC on Rogue’s roster in Summer 2019.

Regardless of whether or not we see Forg1ven coming onto Rogue in the summer, I think it’s safe to say we’ll be waving goodbye to HeaQ around that time.  Since the guy just doesn’t seem to be cut out for coming up against the top tier talent in Europe. But not to flame the guy, he’s keeping that ADC seat warm for Konstantinos. How sweet of him!

Next. Love me some Reggie! What on earth is wrong with this new TSM roster?. dark

Think I’m delusional to believe that Forg1ven would even touch Rogue with their current 0-8 record? Or like me do you think he’s looking to flex those carry muscles and stick a whole team on his back? Let us know in the comments below or join our discord!
