Lately, we were given some incredible games in the League including Misfits’ disappointing performance and a strong looking Origen. How are our LEC predictions looking and can we expect changes of the top teams in week 6 day 2?

The 6th week of European League of Legends is going into the second round and slowly but surely it becomes more clear which teams will be able to stay at the top and contend for the Spring Split crown. Speaking of which G2 Esports is not the unbeatable number one team in the LEC anymore – and can Origen catch up after their rocky start? Read our LEC predictions below to find out.

Fnatic vs Team Vitality

Starting the second day of LEC will be Fnatic facing Team Vitality. Both teams have shown us top League of Legends in the previous season, though, only one of them remained worthy being called an excellent team.

More from League of Legends

The aggressive team built around star mid-laner Daniele “Jiizuke” di Mauro is standing at 2nd place as we speak, tied with Schalke 04.

Contrary, Fnatic still does not seem like they have found their formula to finding wins yet – and time is running out for them. Maybe, with the new patch including crit ADC buffs, Martin “Rekkles” Larsson can put the squad on his back, but it is highly unlikely and therefore the LEC predictions will not go in their favor.

Prediction: Team Vitality

Rogue vs SPLYCE

League of Legends is a completely new area for Rogue and their rocky start underlined that clearly enough. But they gladly have not given up on themselves and eventually, they found their first win against a struggling Misfits. Splyce, on the other hand, surprised many as they showed great performances so far, especially with rookie Marek “Humanoid” Brázda who has been a major winning condition alongside ADC Kobbe. If this team plays through these two carries and does not disrespect their opponents by trying out extraordinary picks this one should be in SPLYCE’s pocket.

Prediction: SPLYCE

ExceL vs G2 Esports

One of the easier LEC predictions: A single loss for G2 will not dethrone them from their first place and a weak looking ExceL is the last thing they have to fear – enough said.

No, I am kidding, but in all seriousness, ExceL will need a miracle to win this match. Although the “European Kings” now have shattered dreams of a perfect Spring Split it is all but looking bad for them. ExceL’s only realistic winning condition is a pop-off-game by jungler Marc “Caedrel” Robert Lamont on a carry like Kha’Zix but even that is most likely not going to be enough for them to even have a chance against this super team.
