A bit of extra health early is what’s most significant, but adding some attack speed growth that will let him better auto-reset could be huge. The 0.2 armor growth per level adds up to an extra 3.6 total armor at level 18 so I would say that’s fairly negligible.

"Q – Cull the Meek HEALING VS CHAMPIONS :: 9/13.5/18/22.5/27 >>> 12/18/24/30/36 EMPOWERED HEALING VS CHAMPIONS :: 27/40.5/54/67.5/81 >>> 36/54/72/90/108 EMPOWERED HEALING CAP :: 150/225/300/375/450 >>> 200/300/400/500/600"

Q is Renekton’s first max, so adding bonus healing, bonus healing when empowered, and increasing the healing cap could be very big. In particular, at rank three he gets six extra health on champions and 18 when empowered. That could be massive in allowing him to win trades or stay in lane.

With tank junglers starting to come back hard, I’m not so sure about giving Sejuani more damage based off her max health. She tends to grow to the point of being unstoppable when she’s strong in the meta.

Oh hooray, the man with a built-in Warmog’s armor on his ult is going to get even more base HP regen. For reference, at 9.5 health regen, Singed will have the second-highest in the game behind only Vi and Darius (and tied with Illaoi).

"W – Mega Adhesive SLOW :: 40% >>> 60%"

Singed’s entire kit is based around the idea that he runs at you and puts you in a toxic cloud. Any tools that help him do that (and keep you in his grounded field) better are huge.

"E – Fling COST :: 80/95/110/125/140 mana >>> 60/70/80/90/100 mana"

I don’t think this will be a big buff considering it’s typically maxed second, by which time Singed will likely have Righteous Glory for extra mana.


"Q – Chomp BONUS DAMAGE :: 20/35/50/65/80 >>> 20/40/60/80/100"

Finally, they’re buffing the part of his kit that needs love, his Q. Extra damage on his Q scaling later makes sense because you max it first. This won’t make his laning oppressive, and it means his jungle clear will stay a bit towards the slower side.

"R – Subjugate COOLDOWN :: 110/90/70 seconds >>> 100/80/60 seconds"

Decent buff that makes him a bit stronger to play into tanks.


"Q – Razor Shuriken BASE DAMAGE :: 90/125/160/195/230 >>> 80/115/150/185/220"

Zed definitely needed nerfs and I think that reducing his Q damage by 10 across the board is a fair way to start.

"W – Living Shadow COOLDOWN :: 20/18.5/17/15.5/14 seconds >>> 22/20/18/16/14 seconds"

However, hitting his W cooldown doesn’t really seem like a fair nerf. Zed is most satisfying to play when he can slip in and out of combat. Two seconds may not seem like a lot, and the nerf evens out at rank five, but it does hurt his laning significantly.
