In our final tier list for Patch 9.9, we look at which champions are the best for climbing in League of Legends from low elo.

Many have asked how our League of Legends tier lists apply to their solo queue games in Iron, Bronze, Silver, and Gold, considering our regular tier lists only take data from Platinum plus players. Well here is a basic breakdown of how those few sites that do give data and/or rankings for low elo rate each champion.

A word of disclaimer: since there are significantly fewer sites that provide such data compared to that which we use for our regular tier lists, we aren’t going to break these out by position like we normally do. We also have a higher threshold for making these lists than normal. Usually, we only require a champion to be rated by half of the sites we audit to be included, but since we only have four sites to draw data from now we’re going to require a champion to be rated by three of those sites to be included in our tier list.

As always, you can find the full data here. When evaluating the sites and tier lists this time, we tried to only use data for Silver players. The individual sites we audited are also listed below (note the rankings are as of 8 PM EST on April 29).

With all that out of the way, let’s jump into the tier list for each position, starting with the top lane.
