The Bandle City marksman is the perfect starter champion for those looking to get into the AD Carry role. Not only does she provide high late game damage, but also has a reliable escape to avoid dangerous situations. All in all, Tristana is an excellent option in the bottom lane, and while she may thrive in the later stages of the game, there’s always potential for her to take over the game by utilising her resets in lane.
Lore
Initially, Tristana grew up intrigued as to what the world had to offer, beyond her home of Bandle City. She set out to explore the mysterious lands of Runeterra, taking in breath-taking sights and awesome wonders that many other yordles would never have the chance to witness. However, her days of travelling were halted when she saw a bandlewood destroyed by a gang of marauders – an act that brought despair across Bandle City and the yordles.
From that day on Tristana began to guard the borders of Bandle City with her gun, Boomer, inspired by the black powder cannons of Bilgewater she recalled from her days of traversing Runeterra. As a result of the protection of her home and the surrounding bandlewoods, the Yordle Gunner has become a Bandle City legend, with many young yordles attempting to emulate her. Although she may find them annoying at times, Tristana is happy to train her group of “Bandle Gunners” and will always be found patrolling the outskirts of Bandle City, seeking out potential threats.
