Tier 1 Champions
Elise
"Health: 450 ⇒ 500 Spiderling Attack Speed: 0.6 ⇒ 0.7"
Elise was our third-worst rated 1g unit in 9.15. With those changes to Demon not being too impactful for her, she definitely is deserving of a buff. I don’t think it will pull her ahead of champions like Tristana, Darius, Kha’Zix, Kassadin, or Garen, though.
Khazix
"Non-Isolated Damage: 150/300/450 ⇒ 150/250/350"
Kha’Zix needed a nerf, considering how well he scales (and the fact that the Void Origin is currently insane). He’s still going to be a fantastic 1 and 2-star unit, though.
Mordekaiser
"No longer casts his ability if there are no enemies in range at the start of the cast time."
Nice change, but this unit is still complete trash.

Nidalee
"Now always heals two units when she transforms. Previously she would only heal herself if she had the lowest health on your team."
Nice change, but this unit is still mediocre as hell.
Vayne
"Attack Speed: 0.75 ⇒ 0.7 Ability Damage (% of Max Health): 8%/10%/12% ⇒ 8%/12%/16%"
More percent max health damage late could actually be quite huge, considering how easy it is to get her as a 2 or 3-star unit early. If Brawlers stay that influential, Vayne could be a great counter to that.
Tier 2 Champions
Braum
"Health: 750 ⇒ 650"
Braum is probably still going to be great considering how strong Guardians are and that he can synergize with Glacials easily. This health nerf will hurt, but I think he’ll still be worth getting.
Lissandra
"Total Mana (the mana required to cast her ability): 150 ⇒ 125"
I don’t think this fixes Lissandra. Her ability just isn’t that impactful considering she either immediately dies after casting it on herself or she can’t burst down the target.
Lulu
"Ability Health: 300/475/650 ⇒ 300/400/500"
Thank God that Lulu’s ability is no longer going to be a perma-heal for her tanky front lines and carries. I think she’ll still be a solid pick.
Zed
"Health: 500 ⇒ 550 Attack Speed: 0.65 ⇒ 0.7 Ability Damage: 200/300/400 ⇒ 200/350/500"
With Ninjas getting buffed, Zed getting a lot of buffs could prove to be huge. I’d recommend buying a Zed early for that Ninja bonus even if it’s not worth it to build four of them.
Tier 3 Champions
Aatrox
"No longer casts his ability if there are no enemies in range at the start of the cast time."
That’s cool. This unit is still trash.
Evelynn
"Now prioritizes her current target with her ability. No longer casts her ability if there are no enemies in range at the start of the cast time."
Nice quality of life changes. She’s still terrible.
Katarina
"No longer casts her ability if there are no enemies in range at the start of the cast time. Attack Damage: 70 ⇒ 75"
The AD change could actually be quite meaningful, but she’ll only be good if Assassins come back into the meta.
Kennen
"No longer casts his ability if there are no enemies in range at the start of the cast time."
That’s dope. This unit is still pretty decent (Yordles are still really strong and his AoE ultimate synergizes great with Morellonomicon).
Shyvana
"Leap AI improved to better kite away from her target."
That’s good. She’s still a trash pick unless you need Dragons to stop a team full of Sorcerers or Elementalists.
