Observations
Obviously, we’ll talk about the Aatrox and Akali nerfs later in the article and the effects of those nerfs. We’ll also avoid talking about stabilization drops (where a champion is dropping back to a tier they previously had been in consistently after an abnormally high placing last patch – like those suffered by Syndra, Veigar, and Lissandra.

For the rest, we’ll get Nocturne out of the way first. He’s an off-meta pick who’s dropped from D to F tier, but that’s not much of a difference. Unless your name is Vedius, you’re probably not picking Nocturne mid.
Vladimir, although he has been consistently in the S or A+ tiers for just about all of the season, has seen his mid win rate steadily declining over the last several patches. Even though his win rate only fell by 0.3% from 9.17, he currently sits at just a 50.1% win rate.
Although Rumble‘s win rate has seen a similar, steady decline, everyone’s favorite mechanized Yordle has been very unsteady in his ranking on our tier list. He’s vacillated between D and A tier in the last six or seven patches. I wouldn’t feel especially confident that he’ll be in the same tier or a lower tier next patch.
A similar story for Yasuo, who saw his win rate in the mid lane spike in 9.15, but it’s been declining slowly over the last four patches (gone from 50.1% to now 48.7%). Lissandra saw a similar pattern in her win rate (currently 47.7%) but unfortunately, she didn’t have the stronger starting point Yasuo did. Finally, we have Morgana, who has seen her pick rate drop so low we cannot see her win rate changes over the last few patches.
