League of Legends: The 5 best junglers for your end of season climb
By Josh Tyler
With the end of the League of Legends ranked season approaching, here are the five best junglers that you can use to climb to that next tier!
The end of Season 9 grows closer every day and there’s not much more time to get in your solo queue games. Picking the best champions to climb efficiently in League of Legends is key and we’re here to help you.
Like we did with top laners, today we’re giving you five jungle champions of relatively easy-to-moderate skill that you can use to climb ranked at the end of the season. These will be champions that are generally strong during the season and in the current meta (per our tier list) but also champions that have a lot of flexibility and diversity in their kits. Of course, if you have a champion or two you’re succeeding with, by all means, keep using them, but if you need a new champion to spam and climb, here are five of the best.

Jax
We had him as one of our top lane champions to climb and no surprise but he’ll also be featured in his secondary role of the jungle. Although Jax jungle isn’t quite as strong as it was earlier in the year when he was S tier, he’s been comfortably in the B+ to A tier for most of the latter half of Season 9.
Like we mentioned for top lane, Jax is a great champion to play because of how forgiving his kit is with built-in mobility, tankiness, and CC. In fact, between his Q – Leap for mobility and E – Counterstrike for CC he has basically point-and-click gank lockdown all on his own.
In addition, Jax has incredible diversity in his build path which is accentuated even more in the jungle. He can go Bloodrazor for a more on-hit build, Cinderhulk to be tankier, or Warrior for that early game pressure. Obviously, the one big problem facing Jax is the fact that his core build (Triforce plus Tiamat) is quite expensive for a jungler. However, going a more budget build when you have the ability to either scale or play the early game quicker is a great asset to have in a jungler.
