Kai’Sa

"Q – Icathian Rain Damage Ratio: 0.4 Ability Power -> 0.25 Ability Power Living Weapon Upgrade: 10 missiles -> 12 missiles W – Void Seeker Damage: 20/45/70/95/120 (+0.6 AP)(+1.5 total AD) -> 30/55/80/105/130 (+0.7 AP)(+1.3 total AD) Living Weapon Upgrade: 50% cooldown refunded against champions -> 70% cooldown refunded against champions"

Kai’Sa is the weakest ADC on Patch 10.4 with an awful 46.83% win rate, despite a pretty high 12.4% pick rate. These changes won’t really fix that, as the only relevant buff comes from her Icathian Rain upgrade with a massive 2 missile bonus!

Kayn

"Passive – The Darkin Scythe Orb Gain Rate: Increases at 8 and 12 minutes -> Increases constantly after 5 minutes, flattening out at 13 minutes W – Blade’s Reach Decaying Slow: 60% -> 70%"

A 10% increase on an already barely noticeable Blade’s Reach slow can be swiftly ignored, but more orbs on Kayn’s Passive – The Darkin Scythe is something to get excited about!

More from League of Legends

The Shadow Reaper remains a very niche pick, especially in the current tank-dominated jungle meta, but we could see him rise in priority as a result of these changes.

Increasing Kayn’s orb gain rate allows him to transform and become a relevant champion earlier in the game, and if this is early enough, it could allow him to impact the map before the game is already over.

Lissandra

"Q – Ice Shard Damage Ratio: 0.7 Ability Power -> 0.8 Ability Power"

Lissandra is still suffering from the nerfs that came from her seemingly endless popularity at the start of Season 9 and now struggles to see play at a miserable 48.35% win rate.

When you consider how often Liss throws out Ice Shards to both wave clear and trade with her lane opponent, this buff is quite big. In fact, it’s probably significant enough to see her rise towards the B/A tiers in future patches and become a niche pick as mid lane players pick the Ice Witch back up.

Neeko

"Base Stats Attack Speed Growth: 3% -> 3.5% Attack Speed Ratio: 0.645 -> 0.670 E – Tangle Barbs Damage Ratio: 0.4 Ability Power -> 0.6 Ability Power R – Pop Blossom Shield: 50/80/110 (+0.5 AP) -> 75/100/125 (+0.75 AP)"

It’s been over twelve months since Neeko hopped onto Summoner’s Rift, but she still lacks an identity as players shift between full AP and Attack Speed versions of the champion. Therefore, she doesn’t really have a fixed role in League of Legends right now.

These buffs don’t really help that, with both iterations of Neeko being targeted with helpful boosts to their stats.

One thing is for certain though, increased AS and upgraded AP damage on Tangle Barbs and Pop Blossom make Neeko a much more threatening champion on Patch 10.5 and one to look out for in top lane, mid lane, and bot lane.

Ornn

"Passive – Living Forge Brittle Proc Damage: 12-20.5% target’s maximum health -> 10-18% target’s maximum health Masterwork Item Auto-Upgrade: Level 12 -> Level 13 Ally Masterwrok Upgrade Availability: Levels 13, 14, 15, 16 -> Levels 14, 15, 16, 17"

🦀🦀🦀 Ornn has been nerfed 🦀🦀🦀

Ignore the Masterwork upgrade changes, they’re irrelevant. The important change here is the -2 to -2.5% max health damage when proc’ing Brittle, reducing Ornn’s obnoxious all-in damage quite severely and making him a much more manageable champion.

There’s no way we see Ornn fall out of the meta as a result of these nerfs, but he’ll no longer one-shot you despite building an assortment of different tank items and being 3000 gold behind.
