League of Legends Tier List: The Best and Worst Junglers in Patch 10.8
By Josh Tyler
Our latest League of Legends tier list for Patch 10.8 looks at the best junglers to play.
The last stop in our position-by-position tour for the League of Legends tier list in Patch 10.8 is the jungle role. While there were very few direct changes to the junglers, there was a big change to jungle items and jungle experience that was designed to make the role more impactful. All of these impacted the meta, but our tier list can show just how much.
Our aggregated tier list pulled data from ten different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top junglers in the current meta. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each jungler that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. Without further ado, our latest League of Legends tier list.

Rising Picks
Fiddlesticks
It’s not unusual to see a reworked champion come out of the gates in a (perceived) weaker state and his ranking rise as players become more acclimated to his kit. That seems to be the case for Fiddlesticks, who rose from low-D tier into the low-B tier in the span of one patch. His win rate also jumped by 2% in Patch 10.8, though his pick rate did fall off slightly.
Dropping Picks
Taliyah
The biggest drop in our jungle tier list belonged to Taliyah, who fell from mid-C tier down into high-D. That’s not a massive drop and her win rate did stay level in Patch 10.8, but it is worth noting that three of her strongest counters – Zac, Kindred, and Nunu – are all doing quite well in this patch.
Underrated Picks
Despite the fact that he has a 51.6% win rate and is a high-B tier jungler, Rengar still has a 1% pick rate. Yes, he’s a very mechanically-demanding jungler, but he’s clearly worth mastering if you have the time and skill to properly play him.
Overrated Picks
Two junglers have pick rates above 4.5% but are rated in our C tier on this League of Legends tier list. Both Sylas and Gragas are junglers that should probably be lower priority than their pick rate indicates.
Buffed Champions
Evelynn
Buffs to her Hate Spike’s damage helped bring Evelynn out of the shadows of the C tier and into the mid-B tier. Her win rate also improved as a result and her pick rate nearly doubled!
Nerfed Champions
Master Yi
You may laugh about Riot’s “silver balance team” nerfing a low-elo pubstomper like Master Yi, but the Wuju Bladesman has consistently been in the A/A+ tier for Platinum and above for a while now. The nerf to his Highlander didn’t even knock him out of the A tier in Patch 10.8 and there was no drop in his win rate.
Sett
He’s definitely not the Boss of the jungle, being down in the C tier, but he’s certainly been no pushover. Even after the nerf to his Haymaker’s damage Sett is still close to being in B tier. However, his jungle win rate is now 48.8%, its lowest since his release.
