Riot has also confirmed that more champions from League of Legends proper will be coming to the Wild Rift after the initial launch.
2. Dual Stick Controllers
One of the biggest changes for Wild Rift as opposed to regular Summoner’s Rift is the change to the controls. Wild Rift will have a dual stick controller set-up, meaning that one thumb (your left) will control the character’s movements while the other (the right) will be responsible for abilities and attacking.
While this seems quite daunting, the developers assured players that they have made changes to targeting to make the game’s controls a bit more natural and easy to understand. Regardless, there will be a training tool on launch to help you learn the controls.
