We give our League of Legends tier list for Patch 10.11.

Patch 10.11 was out of this world, bringing the new Astronaut skins onto the Rift. We also saw buffs to Fiddlesticks that terrified junglers and supports alike, as well as nerfs to Janna, which really blows. We’ll break down all these changes and how they changed the meta in our League of Legends tier list!

Our aggregated tier list pulled data from ten different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top champions in each role in Patch 10.11. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each champion that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. As always, you can find the link to all the underlying data here.

Rising Picks

Easily our biggest rising pick in our League of Legends tier list for Patch 10.11 in the top lane was Hecarim, who went from the low-D tier to borderline B tier.

Dropping Picks

The biggest drop of any champion came for Volibear following his rework, as he went from B tier down to mid-D tier in this patch. However, we should also highlight Ryze, who dropped from the high-D tier down to the F tier in our League of Legends tier list.

Underrated Picks

No champion in the top lane is both A tier and also has a pick rate under 2% in this patch. However, there are several B tier champions – Tryndamere, once again, and Urgot – who have low pick rates.

Overrated Picks

He has the highest pick rate among top laners in Patch 10.11, but Aatrox just narrowly missed hitting the A tier.

Buffed Champions

Volibear

It’s technically a full VGU rework of Volibear, not a straight buff, but his rework has not gone quite as smoothly as most other reworks have. Right now, Volibear has the worst win rate of all top laners at 38.3% and was lucky to not fall further down than low-D tier where he sits. Expect to see some future buffs for our new furry friend.

Gangplank

Those boosts to his attack speed ratio spelled big worries for opposing top laners, as we expected he’d barrel into the top of the meta. While he got a small bump to his rating in our League of Legends tier list, he’s still sitting in the B tier.

Hecarim

Riot was clearly thinking of jungle Hecarim with the buffs to his Rampage. However, as noted above, the buff had huge impacts on top lane Hecarim, as he was one of our biggest risers in this patch.

Lucian

He was buffed along with the marksmen, but with a focus on making him a bit more powerful in solo lanes. The passive buffs did help bring him out of the D tier, making him a C tier pick this patch.

Vayne

She was among the “solo” lane marksmen who got adjustments this patch. With her increased bonus damage on her tumble, Vayne rose out of the D tier into the C tier.

Nerfed Champions
