Rising Picks

She’s an off-meta ADC, but Taliyah had the biggest improvement to her ranking in the position this patch.

Dropping Picks

Another off-meta bot laner had the biggest drop in his ranking. Ziggs fell down from the D tier to being the only F tier ADC in this patch.

Underrated Picks

The A tier pick with the lowest pick rate is Draven. He might be a borderline B tier pick and has a very complex kit, but he should have a pick rate over 2.5%.

Overrated Picks

Kai’Sa has the second-highest pick rate (23%) despite not even cracking the A tier this patch. That is the definition of overrated.

Buffed Champions

Senna

Riot specifically went to buff Senna as an ADC, which is why they boosted the Mist Wraith drop chance so drastically. She re-enters the League of Legends tier list as an ADC for the first time since Patch 10.7.

Xayah

People scoffed at the buffs to the base damage on her Featherstorm, but they actually helped give Xayah a decent bump to her ranking. Unfortunately, she’s still a C tier pick, but she could move up further in the future.

Nerfed Champions

Cassiopeia

Like in top and mid, Cassiopeia actually rose in his ranking after receiving “nerfs.” She’s actually borderline B tier in Patch 10.12.

Varus

He was a pick/ban champion in the professional scene, which is why Varus saw his AD per level nerfed, along with the AD ratio on his Piercing Arrow. This caused him to tumble out of the A+ tier to now being a low-A tier pick in the role.
