Rising Picks

This is probably more of a correction from last patch, but Ziggs has rebounded to have the biggest jump in ranking from last patch.

Dropping Picks

As they still try to figure out whether to play her in the support or ADC role, Senna had the biggest drop off in this patch.

Underrated Picks

For the second patch, Draven is our pick for the most underrated ADC. He has only a 2.5% pick rate despite being borderline-A tier.

Overrated Picks

I’m something of a broken record, but Kai’Sa is just so overrated as an ADC.

Buffed Champions

Kog’Maw

Buffs to his AP ratios on Kog’s Caustic Spittle and Living Artillery got a lot of players excited about the prospect of AP Kog mid. While that doesn’t appear to have happened in solo queue (yet), bot lane Kog’Maw hasn’t responded too well to the buffs either, still sitting in the C tier.

Lucian

The Piercing Light buffs were aimed specifically at bot lane, but Lucian is still sitting in the B tier. He actually dropped slightly from his rating from the last patch.

Nerfed Champions

Aphelios

He got nerfs to just about every piece of his kit in Patch 10.13, finally getting knocked out of the A tier. He dropped into the B tier.

Cassiopeia

Since she’s usually picked in the bot lane as a counter to traditional ADCs, the MR nerf was probably not going to hurt her. Indeed, she’s still sitting in the high-C tier.

Kalista

It was a small nerf of her AD per level, but the nerf actually hurt Kalista quite substantially. She tumbled out of the B tier into the C tier this patch.

Syndra

Another mage picked as a counter in the bot lane, Syndra had a much more significant drop off in her rating as a bot laner than a mid laner. She went from mid-C tier down into the D tier following these nerfs.
