Rising Picks

Unsurprisingly, Lucian got the biggest boost to his ranking following the Patch 10.16 buffs. He’s now a high-B pick this patch.

Dropping Picks

She wasn’t nerfed this patch, but Kai’Sa fell out of the A tier all the way down to the C tier this patch.

Underrated Picks

The least-picked A tier ADC is actually Vayne with only an 8.5% pick rate.

Overrated Picks

Both Kai’Sa and the newly-buffed Lucian are in the top five for ADCs by pick rate, despite the fact that neither made the A tier.

Buffed Champions

Lucian

And those buffs to Lucian’s Q damage and the number of shots on his ultimate, which propelled him upward in the top and mid positions, also shot him up in the ADC role. He’s moved up to being a borderline-A tier pick after just a week of these buffs.

Miss Fortune

Once the captain of the ADC role, MF got some love to her base ADC. Unfortunately, she’s still down in the depths of B tier for now even after the buffs.

Tristana

The buffs did prove to be significant to Tristana, bringing her up into the B tier, but she’s still a ways away from being a top-tier ADC.

Yasuo

The MR buff is meaningless to ADC Yasuo, but the ult buffs should have had some impact. Unfortunately (or fortunately for those playing against Yasuo), he’s slipped slightly in our rankings from last patch.

Ziggs

He just narrowly missed claiming the title of “biggest riser” of Patch 10.16, but make no mistake Ziggs is becoming a much more attractive option as an AD Carry.

Nerfed Champions

Ashe

Nerfs to the bonus attack speed on her Q didn’t take Ashe out of the S tier but they certainly hurt her standing, as she’s much closer to the A+ tier than she was last patch.

Jhin

Extra damage on the fourth shot didn’t really seem to help Jhin too much. He was already a very strong pick last patch and he’s still very strong in this patch.

Jinx

It was a bugfix to the cap on her ultimate’s damage but it was viewed as a buff by Riot. It doesn’t really seem to have any impact on her standing, though, as she’s still a B tier ADC.

Syndra

The nerfs she got were intended to hit her mid lane power, but she’s still a niche pick in the bottom lane even after those changes.
