Rising Picks

The biggest rise in the bot lane was actually the off-meta pick of Swain, who rose from the low to high-C tier.

Dropping Picks

It was a different off-meta pick, Cassiopeia, who fell the furthest in our tier list. In Patch 10.21, she dropped from borderline-B tier to solidly in the C tier.

Underrated Picks

For the second-straight patch, Draven is our underrated ADC pick, as he has the lowest pick rate among all A tier champions in this role.

Overrated Picks

Would you believe that Kai’Sa has the highest pick rate of ADCs not in the A tier or above, with the fourth-highest pick rate of 16.5%? That makes four patches in a row that we have her as the most overrated ADC.

Buffed Champions

Aphelios

Increased passive Lethality and some boosts to his Moonlight Vigil (depending on which gun he has out) didn’t manage to help Aphelios out of the C tier.

Nerfed Champions

Samira

The newest League of Legends champion joined our tier list in the A+ tier and in Patch 10.21 she climbed swiftly into the S tier. Riot nerfed the cooldown and attack speed on her Wild Rush to take away some safety, but for right now she looks pretty strong.
