We give our League of Legends aggregated solo queue tier list for Patch 10.23!

The unofficial start of Season 11, aka Preseason 11, has hit League of Legends and shaken the meta to its core. With a ton of new Mythic and Legendary items, multiple item reworks, another round of jungle changes, and even some pretty significant champion changes (Viktor anyone?), compiling a tier list is a tall order. As usual, though, our solo queue tier list for Patch 10.23 has given us a good snapshot at what most observers around the internet, be they high elo players or data-farmed rankings, think about the meta.

Since it’s the start of a new season, we won’t focus too much on how champions are doing in Patch 10.23 compared to last patch for the simple reason that…well a lot has changed. We’ve already looked at some of the most broken builds the young season has to offer, so today we’re just going to re-set our tier list for a new season and let you know which champions are considered strong, average, or weak.

For those new here, our aggregated League of Legends tier list pulled data from eight different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top champions in each role in Patch 10.23. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each champion that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. As always, you can find the link to all the underlying data here.

Underrated Picks

Kayle is the top laner who has the lowest pick rate and is also in the A tier or higher. Despite being in the A+ tier, she has only a 2.5% pick rate.

Overrated Picks

There are only two champions in the top ten of top laners by pick rate who are not in the A tier: Aatrox and Irelia. Both are B tier picks but have pick rates over 5.5%.
