Riot dropped a “B patch” to help balance TFT. Here are the changes in Patch 10.24b.

I swear, I need to stop writing about OP TFT comps because they inevitably, immediately, get nerfed. Yesterday, I wrote about how Shades, particularly Ninja/Shades and Cultist/Shades are dominating the meta. Today, in Patch 10.24b, both comps received significant nerfs.

The biggest nerf felt in this patch was by Zed, who received both direct and indirect nerfs to himself and one of his core items:

"ZedAttack Speed: 0.8 ⇒ 0.75Contempt for the Weak AD Steal: 30/35/40% ⇒ 25/30/35%Runaan’s HurricaneBolt AD Multiplier: 100% ⇒ 90%"

Both these nerfs have hurt Zed and comps that were primarily built around him, namely Ninja/Shade. The Runaan’s nerf is also an indirect nerf to Cultist/Duelist comps, because the other champion who preferred Runaan’s was Kalista. Often, if you couldn’t find enough Zed, pivoting to a Cultist/Duelist comp with Kalista was a decent enough option, but now that’s considerably weaker.

That is because, in addition to the Zed nerfs, Riot also included some pretty hefty nerfs to the Cultist summon, Galio, in Patch 10.24b:

"GalioStar Multiplier: 12% ⇒14%Base Health: 1000/1650/2250 ⇒ 800/1400/2000Base Attack Damage: 85/180/320 ⇒ 75/160/280"

Although Galio is getting a slight bump to his star multiplier (how the game accounts for his star level, based on the star level of the Cultist units in a game), he is getting fairly significant base health and AD nerfs across the board. This basically means that, even at 9 Cultist, you need to have hit at least one or two 3-star Cultists to make Galio worthwhile. On the positive side, this should eliminate the 9 Cultist being an automatic top-four comp.

Keepers also took a nerf in Patch 10.24b, which I would guess is aimed at being a dual nerf to Dusk (Riven) and Ninja (Kennen) comps.

"Keeper Shield Value: 175/250/350 ⇒ 150/225/350Shield Duration: 8/10/14 ⇒ 8/10/12 seconds"

These are decently significant nerfs, especially the 25 shield value at the 2 Keeper breakpoint. I don’t really see many high-elo comps that are 4 or 6 Keepers, so I don’t think the duration buff will likely come into play, but losing 25 shield at 4 Keepers could be something if you hit a Keeper Chosen and want to round out the comp. On the whole, though, there are bigger issues hitting the Ninja comp and I don’t think this is going to do enough to knock the Dusk comp out of the meta.

Finally, Yone got nerfs which also serves as an indirect nerf to Yasuo (the other Exile) and Adept comps:

"YoneTotal Mana: 50 ⇒ 60Seal Fate Armor and Magic Resist Reduction: 90% ⇒ 60%"

The mana change is not really relevant, except that there may be some instances where you might not get an ability off where normally you would have. I wouldn’t anticipate that the change is going to change Yone’s build path.

The 30% reduction to the Seal Fate’s armor and MR reduction on the target, however, is huge. This resistance shred was incredibly underrated and a big reason that Yone is one of the strongest 5-cost units. I’m not sure how much the reduction change is going to impact Yone, but he most definitely is going to be a lot less powerful.
