League of Legends Tier List: The Best Top Laners on Patch 10.25

We give our League of Legends aggregated solo queue tier list for Patch 10.25, looking at the best top laners!
In the latest patch, Riot left the top lane relatively quiet with only a few changes to problem champions like Kayle, as well as buffing some champions that were hurt by the new items like Nasus and Mordekaiser. The biggest change in Patch 10.25 to the League of Legends tier list in the top lane, where Pantheon was rebalanced to make him more viable as a top laner.
Our aggregated League of Legends tier list pulled data from ten different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top champions in each role in Patch 10.25. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each champion that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. As always, you can find the link to all the underlying data here.

Rising Picks
The biggest rise among top laners, unquestionably, was Pantheon who rose from F tier up into the A tier in just one patch thanks to the mini-rework he received this patch.
Falling Picks
Kayle had a “massive” drop in her ranking, in Patch 10.25, dropping a whole tier from S to low-A tier. Heimerdinger and Zac also took significant dips in our League of Legends tier list.
Underrated Picks
Kled, with only a 2.24% pick rate, is the most underrated top laner on Patch 10.25.
Overrated Picks
The three champions who are among the top ten by pick rate, but are not in our A tier, for this patch are Lucian, Irelia, and Jayce.
Buffed Champions
Irelia (C tier ⇒ B tier)
Mordekaiser (B tier ⇒ B tier)
Nasus (C tier ⇒ C tier)
Pantheon (F tier ⇒ A tier)
Yasuo (C tier ⇒ C tier)

Irelia finally managed to move up the tier list for top lane thanks to two straight patches of buffs. Ditto for Yone, who managed to climb into the C tier along with his brother, who remains about where he was the last patch. Otherwise, no really big changes other than the Warwick buffs potentially pushing him into the top lane.

Nerfed Champions
Kayle (S tier ⇒ Low-A tier)
Kayle got nerfs for the second patch in a row, which dropped her into the A tier, borderline to the B tier. I wouldn’t be surprised if she continues to fall and needs some compensatory buffs.
