League of Legends Tier List: The Best ADCs on Patch 10.25

We give our League of Legends aggregated solo queue tier list for Patch 10.25, looking at the best ADCs!

The nerfs Samira received in Patch 10.25 appear to have made some room at the top of our ADC tier list. Unfortunately, Jhin remains a top-tier bot lane pick despite seeing some nerfs of his own this patch.

Our aggregated League of Legends tier list pulled data from ten different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top champions in each role in Patch 10.25. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each champion that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. As always, you can find the link to all the underlying data here.

Rising Picks

Kai’Sa was the ADC whose stock rose the most in Patch 10.25, as she hit the S tier up from the A+ tier last patch, replacing Samira who fell out.

Falling Picks

Since Samira fell out of the ADC all the way to the A+ tier, it’s reasonable to think she would have been the bot laner who dropped the furthest on our tier list. You would be correct, as she had the biggest drop by a large margin. However, Cassiopeia also took a significant drop in this patch as well.

Underrated Picks

It’s his first time on the A tier for the ADC role, but with only a 1.06% pick rate Swain is easily the most underrated bot laner this patch.

Overrated Picks

Ezreal has the third-highest pick rate in the bot lane (32.53% pick rate), but is hovering in the B tier. His 47.35% win rate in Platinum and above supports him being our pick for overrated ADC.

Buffed Champions

Twitch (C tier ⇒ Low-B tier)
Yasuo (C tier ⇒ B tier)

Both Twitch and Yasuo were in the same place in Patch 10.24 and ended up close together on our Patch 10.25 tier list. Neither is particularly high in the B tier after these buffs.

Nerfed Champions

Samira (S tier ⇒ Low-A+ tier)
Jhin (S tier ⇒ S tier)

While Jhin was able to shrug off the Patch 10.25 nerfs, it appears this was the patch that finally broke Samira’s back. She fell out of the S tier for the first time this preseason thanks to those nerfs.
