Teamfight Tactics new set has landed in a very solid spot, with most Tacticians enjoying the game so far. With Patch 11.3, Riot is continuing to make some smaller, iterative changes to TFT. Let’s check out the biggest changes that are coming in this (relatively short) patch.

1. Slayer Buffs

Slayers

"Lifesteal: 15-30 / 25-50% ⇒ 15-30 / 30-60%Slayer Damage: 20-45 / 30-75% ⇒ 20-45 / 35-80%"

Darius

"Fortune’s Guillotine Damage: 550/800/1300 ⇒ 550/850/1400"

This is pretty wild that Slayers are getting buffed considering they were one of the stronger comps in Patch 11.2. And, now that Darius is also getting a buff, it just makes going 6 Slayers even more appealing to players. Invest in BF Swords and Olafs next patch Tacticians!

2. Divine Buffs

"Buff Duration: 3/6/9/15 ⇒ 6 seconds across allBuff Damage Reduction: 45% ⇒ 35/45/55/65%Buff Bonus True Damage: 45% ⇒ 35/45/55/65%"

Divine basically hasn’t been relevant as a trait since Divine Warwick was a thing. Right now, Lee Sin is quite powerful and Syphoner Nasus is sneaky underrated. With these changes, particularly coming through, I could see Nasus just being a ridiculously strong frontliner.

3. Spirit Nerfs

"Attack Speed: 20/40% ⇒ 20/35%"

These nerfs were 100% necessary, as you could fit Spirits into just about any comp with ease. In particular, Executioner/Spirit was a very strong synergy, with Kindred/Kayle/Xayah being an extremely potent trio. Because 2 Spirits are not being nerfed in Patch 11.3, I actually wouldn’t expect their weakness to change that much, with the remaining members of the comp switching to either Divine or Elderwood.

4. Dragonsoul…Buffs?

Dragonsoul

"Upon passing the blessing after death, the ally’s next basic attack will immediately trigger the Dragon Breath"

Brand

"Attack Range: 660 ⇒ 890"

Tristana

"Rapid Fire Attack Speed: 50/60/80% ⇒ 60/70/90%"

These are all fairly minor buffs on their own, to be sure (the Tristana buff is probably the biggest because of how she can synergize in Slayer comps with Samira) but all of them together just make Dragonsoul overall stronger. As one of the top-performing traits when Set 4.5 kicked off, that’s pretty nuts.

5. Diana Buffs

"Pale Cascade Orbs now spawn further away from her body when her size increases (ie: Titan’s Resolve)"

Separate from the Spirit Nerfs, this is a nice quality of life buff to Diana when she builds one of her most popular items, Titan’s Resolve. The orbs spawning further away from her gives Diana extra range on her orbs. Diana is already one of the strongest units in TFT and she isn’t reliant on the Spirit buffs, so these changes could make her even stronger in Assassin comps.
