League of Legends Tier List: The Best Mid Laners on Patch 11.3

Anivia and Galio remain among the best picks after Patch 11.3. Despite Anivia getting nerfed, the League of Legends tier list didn’t change too much, thanks in large part to the lack of mid lane changes overall.
Our aggregated League of Legends tier list pulled data from ten different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top champions in each role in Patch 11.3. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each champion that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. As always, you can find the link to all the underlying data here.

Rising Picks
Viego has been storming across the tier lists for multiple positions now that he’s been out for a full patch. Plenty of other champions rose up the mid lane tier list too, including Cho’Gath, Seraphine, Karma, Zilean, Pyke, and Yone.
Falling Picks
Among the champions that fell on our tier list, the most notable included Heimerdinger, Akali, Morgana, and Sett.
Underrated Picks
With a 1.35% pick rate, Annie is still the least-picked A tier mid laner.
Overrated Picks
Once again, Twisted Fate is the most-picked mid laner (12.89%) despite not making the A tier.
