The LEC has crested the mid-point of the Spring Split for 2021, with the end of the first round-robin last week. LEC Week 5 will feature the second heads-up matchups of the teams as they begin to battle for playoff seeding. Games to Watch

Schalke 04 versus SK Gaming and MAD Lions versus Excel are really the only true competitive games that fans will get to see on Day 1. Even those matchups should have Schalke and MAD as heavy favorites, despite the fact that their record is very close to their opponents.

On Day 2, however, we get two absolute banger matchups in Fnatic vs. MAD Lions and Schalke 04 vs. G2 Esports. All of these teams are currently at the top half of the standings and should figure to be in the playoff picture in a few weeks’ time.
