League of Legends Tier List: The Best Jungle Champions of Patch 11.8

Riot took another round at trying to make off-meta champions junglers in Patch 11.8, but this time it seems they actually managed to accomplish their goal. Champions like Morgana, Diana, Darius, and Zed made their way onto the jungle tier list, landing fairly high up in the rankings.
Our aggregated League of Legends tier list pulled data from ten different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top champions in each role in Patch 11.8. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each champion that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. As always, you can find the link to all the underlying data here.

Rising Picks
Thanks to the buffs, Zac, Rammus, and Lee Sin all rose by at least half a tier this patch.
Falling Picks
Dr. Mundo dropped by a full tier after getting nerfed, but a few other champions like Trundle, Ivern, and Amumu all dropped by a half tier.
Underrated Picks
It’s actually Ivern who is the least-picked jungle champion in Patch 11.8, with only a 2.71% pick rate.
Overrated Picks
With the third-highest (13.05%) pick rate despite being a borderline-C tier pick, Nidalee is the most overrated jungler.
