League of Legends Tier List: The Best Top Lane Champions of Patch 11.8

Patch 11.8 was highlighted by nerfs to Gnar and Yorick, but big changes to Dr. Mundo and Rumble. These changes didn’t do too much to impact the League of Legends tier list for the top lane, but these champions did change their spots somewhat.
Our aggregated League of Legends tier list pulled data from ten different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top champions in each role in League of Legends Patch 11.8. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each champion that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. As always, you can find the link to all the underlying data here.

Rising Picks
Dr. Mundo buffs shot him up the top lane tier list from F tier all the way into the B tier! Other big movers of the top lane include Zac, Rumble, and Vladimir.
Falling Picks
Yorick shot up the Patch 11.7 tier list, and the subsequent nerfs drove him down by a full tier into the B tier.
Underrated Picks
For the second patch in a row, Urgot is the least-picked A tier champion.
Overrated Picks
Sylas is still the most overrated top laner this patch, with the highest pick rate of all top laners.
