League of Legends Tier List: The Best ADC Champions on Patch 11.8

Patch 11.8 included some Aphelios buffs and not much else that would effect the roster of ADC champions. As a result, there weren’t too many changes on this patch’s tier list.
Our aggregated League of Legends tier list pulled data from ten different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top champions in each role in Patch 11.8. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each champion that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. As always, you can find the link to all the underlying data here.

Rising Picks
Veigar improved the most among all ADCs, despite not being a traditional marksman.
Falling Picks
Both Seraphine and Swain took moderate dips in their status on our tier list.
Underrated Picks
Sivir is now the least-picked A tier ADC, at a 4.67% pick rate.
Overrated Picks
Third patch in a row that Ezreal is the overrated pick of the patch, being picked 27% of the time in Platinum and above.
